Ryan R. Kennedy, Associate

Ryan Kennedy focuses his practice on all aspects of insurance defense and personal injury litigation.  Mr. Kennedy graduated from Muhlenberg College in 2004 and attended graduate school at Duke University from 2004 to 2006, studying in the department of molecular genetics and microbiology.   He received his law degree from the Villanova University School of Law in 2009.  While in law school, Mr. Kennedy was a certified legal intern for the Montgomery County Office of the Public Defender.  Upon graduating from Villanova, he clerked for the Honorable Paul M. Yatron of the Berks County Court of Common Pleas.  Prior to joining The Mayers Firm, Mr. Kennedy was an associate at a mid-sized Montgomery County firm, where he focused on the defense of professional liability and general insurance defense.

Mr. Kennedy is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and Massachusetts. At Muhlenberg College, Mr. Kennedy was a member of the men’s ice hockey team, a student advisor and an executive board member of the Delta Tau Delta fraternity.  He continues to play ice hockey and is an avid guitar player.  He also serves as a volunteer attorney for the Montgomery Child Advocacy Project and is a member of the Ambler Zoning Hearing Board.  Mr. Kennedy resides in Ambler with his wife and daughter.
