MICHAEL SENOYUIT III, ASSOCIATE

Michael Senoyuit III focuses his practice on all aspects of insurance defense, including personal injury, uninsured and underinsured auto claims, property damage, insurance coverage, insurance fraud and insurance bad faith claims. He has successfully litigated arbitrations, non-jury trials and jury trials. In addition, he has successfully litigated many cases in the Superior Court of Pennsylvania, resulting in numerous published opinions. Mr. Senoyuit effectively represents his clients and has earned the AVVO Clients Choice Award and achieved an AVVO Highest Rating of 10.

Mr. Senoyuit graduated Villanova University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 1982, completing Villanova University’s four-year program in three years. While attending Villanova, he served as a United States Senate Intern and drafted federal legislation regarding the United States Tax Code. His Senior Year he received the Political Science Departments’ Gerald F. Malloy Memorial Award for outstanding academic achievement.

Mr. Senoyuit received his law degree from the University of Dayton School of Law in 1986. While attending Dayton, he was elected Second Year Class President of the Student Bar Association and was a Student Law Teacher who taught law to high school students.

After graduating law school, Mr. Senoyuit was admitted into the Archdiocese of Philadelphia Permanent Diaconate Program and attended Saint Charles Borromeo Seminary. In 1997 he was ordained a Deacon for the Byzantine Catholic Eparchy of Passaic and serves as a Deacon at Saint John the Baptist Byzantine Catholic Church in Pottstown, Pennsylvania.

Mr. Senoyuit is the father of six and resides with his wife and their golden doodle and cat in Worcester, Pennsylvania.
